Parcel North — Privacy Policy

What the app does

Parcel North shows the official land parcel at a location you choose (your GPS position or a point you tap) using data obtained, in accordance with their terms of use, from publicly accessible official TRNC state sources.

Data we process

• Location. Used only at the moment you request a lookup, to ask which parcel contains that point. It is sent to the relevant official state service and to our own support service. The app does not track your location in the background.
• Anonymous device identifier. A random identifier generated on your device (not your advertising ID, phone number or any account). It is attached to lookups to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and to aggregate usage statistics.
• Query records. Successful lookups (parcel identity, coordinates, time, the anonymous device identifier) are stored on our server. Fetched parcel data also updates our own cadastral dataset.

What we do NOT do

• No user accounts in this version; no name, e-mail or phone number is collected.
• We do not sell personal data.
• No advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics SDKs.
• The app does not perform property valuation; market figures shown are aggregate asking-price bands, labeled as such.

Third parties

• The relevant TRNC state authority's publicly accessible service (receives the queried coordinate).
• Esri World Imagery (map tiles; standard tile requests).
• Our backend (api.parcelnorth.com) for the support layer and harvest described above.

Retention & contact

Query records are kept for product analytics and to improve cadastral coverage. For any privacy request, contact [email protected]. This policy will be updated before any future version introduces accounts.

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the data the Parcel North app has stored about your device. Because the app has no accounts, data is keyed only to the anonymous device identifier described above. To request deletion:

• E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
• State the approximate dates and locations of your lookups (this is how we find the records belonging to your device, since we hold no name or account for you).

What is deleted: all stored query records linked to your device (coordinates, timestamps, the device identifier itself). What is kept: parcel records themselves — they describe land, not persons, and once merged into our cadastral dataset they carry no link to your device. We confirm completed deletions by reply within 30 days.

Uygulama ne yapar

İşlenen veriler

• Konum. Yalnızca sorgu istediğiniz anda, o noktanın hangi parselde olduğunu sormak için kullanılır; ilgili resmî devlet servisine ve kendi destek servisimize gönderilir. Uygulama arka planda konum takibi yapmaz.
• Anonim cihaz kimliği. Cihazınızda üretilen rastgele bir tanımlayıcı (reklam kimliğiniz, telefon numaranız veya bir hesap değildir). Kötüye kullanımı önlemek (hız sınırı) ve toplu kullanım istatistikleri için sorgulara eklenir.
• Sorgu kayıtları. Başarılı sorgular (parsel kimliği, koordinat, zaman, anonim cihaz kimliği) sunucumuzda saklanır; çekilen parsel verisi kendi kadastro veri setimizi de günceller.

Yapmadıklarımız

• Bu sürümde kullanıcı hesabı yoktur; ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası toplanmaz.
• Kişisel veri satılmaz.
• Reklam SDK'sı ve üçüncü-taraf analitik SDK'sı yoktur.
• Uygulama değerleme yapmaz; gösterilen pazar rakamları, öyle etiketlenmiş toplu istenen-fiyat (asking) bantlarıdır.

Üçüncü taraflar

• İlgili devlet kurumunun herkese açık servisi (sorgulanan koordinatı alır).
• Esri World Imagery (harita karoları; standart karo istekleri).
• Arka ucumuz (api.parcelnorth.com) — destek katmanı ve yukarıda anlatılan veri akışı.

Saklama ve iletişim

Sorgu kayıtları ürün analitiği ve kadastro kapsamını geliştirmek için tutulur. Gizlilik talepleri için: [email protected]. Hesap özelliği eklenmeden önce bu politika güncellenecektir.

Verilerinizin silinmesini isteme

Parcel North uygulamasının cihazınızla ilgili sakladığı verilerin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Uygulamada hesap olmadığı için veriler yalnızca yukarıda anlatılan anonim cihaz kimliğine bağlıdır. Silme talebi için:

• [email protected] adresine konusu "Veri silme talebi" olan bir e-posta gönderin.
• Sorgularınızın yaklaşık tarih ve konumlarını belirtin (adınız veya hesabınız olmadığından cihazınıza ait kayıtları böyle buluruz).

Silinenler: cihazınıza bağlı tüm sorgu kayıtları (koordinatlar, zaman damgaları ve cihaz kimliğinin kendisi). Silinmeyenler: parsel kayıtları — bunlar kişiyi değil araziyi tanımlar ve veri setimize katıldıktan sonra cihazınızla hiçbir bağ taşımaz. Tamamlanan silme işlemini 30 gün içinde yanıtla teyit ederiz.
